1 Getting MPV logs

If you are having troubles with video playback and want to submit an issue on that, be sure to include log of MPV player.

  1. Go to Settings > Advanced
  2. Check Enable logging
  3. Close the app by swiping it out of the multitasking menu on iOS or close window on a Mac, then open it again
  4. Start playing video and do whatever is needed to trigger the problem
  5. Pause the video, go again to Settings > Advanced
  6. Retrieve the logs:
  • iOS: Tap Share logs, then you can AirDrop, copy or save to Files or other app
  • macOS: Click Open logs in Finder
  1. Attach the logs and also include steps to reproduce problem, device and system version
